We’re looking for an experienced grill chef who is either looking to pick up some more hours during the week at our KERB Markets or join the team full time and become part of a fast-growing, exciting new Street Food brand, cooking British Rare-Breed meats over smoke and fire. Trading at both KERB and Lower Marsh, we’ve already made a name for ourselves and are very quickly becoming a staple of fire-cookery in the street food community in London. 

 

It’s essential that as a grill chef you understand all different types of meat cuts, and how to cook them both with speed and consistent perfection. The Grill is the star of the show, so having a natural flair and passion for what you’re doing will go a long way. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the best produce in London and always have the chance to input new ideas and suggestions.
